The Gambel Quail community is alongside the back nine holes of the Renegade Golf Course. This landscape provides homeowners with ultimate views of the course’s lush green fairways. Additionally, many residents have impressive views of the nearby mountain range and the glowing city lights in the distance.
This village features private and secluded residences. As one of the original villages at Desert Mountain, the majority of Gambel Quail homes were built between 1988 and 2010. However, there are a handful of new construction lots and homes available within the neighborhood.
